Absolutely fantastic breakfast with fruit and the staff were really helpful. Location: the hotel was really close to Marocco and beautiful Tetouan. A few times I ate at Diamond, located just a short walk away from the property.

The breakfast was delicious, I would stay again and again. Booked a double room with central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television. Its location near Green Olive Arts was amazing.

everything was very good, nice hotel, the location was perfect just next door to beautiful tetouan and the royal palace and town centre and the beach. i thoroughly enjoyed tastefully decorated and well-appointed room with central heating, an individual safe and flat-screen television. it had comfy beds and an amazing bathroom. the personnel was extremely helpful and very friendly, and the owner too. the service was great, nothing to complain about. moreover, free wi-fi throughout the property was awesome.

The hotel is a beautifully preserved, historic building with incredible tiling and detailed decorations. Friendly staff provided a warm welcome with tea on arrival and helpful directions. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the city. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the breakfast selection is delightful. A truly authentic and intimate experience.

The room was big size and incredible, it had a beautiful decor. The location in a fairly nice area was comfortable. Stayed for 7 days and did not want to leave, I would go back in flash: )

We all had a nice stay in this incredibly beautiful and excellent hotel. The staff was very very kind, friendly, and everything was perfect. The room was well-appointed and beautiful, had smoke detectors for the safety. The breakfast was delicious and incredible with variety of food, everybody can choose. The location of the property was magnificent and particularly good - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Bab saida.

The staff at this riad were incredibly helpful and friendly, they really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, with everything in beautiful Tetouan within easy reach. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful design.

A few minor issues took away from our stay. The bed was a bit too firm for our liking, but we found this to be the case with most beds in the area.
